Will my calendar arrive before 1 December?
Yes, if you order early. We process orders within 1–3 working days and delivery takes 7–14 working days. To have the calendar ready for the first of December, order by 7 November at the latest. An advent calendar is one of the few things you cannot buy on 20 December.
What is inside the calendar?
Each calendar has 24 doors with one item behind each. The kids' calendar holds soft squishy figures; the fishing calendar holds lures. The full list is on the product page.
Can I order two different calendars?
Yes. On the bundle page you choose how many calendars you want and which ones — one for the kids, one for the angler. The price is the same either way: 2 for €44.99, 3 for €59.99.
Does it work as a gift?
Yes, that is what it is for. The calendar arrives in its own packaging, ready to give without extra wrapping.
How much is delivery?
Nothing. Delivery is free to all 27 EU countries, with no minimum order value. Duties and import VAT are already included in the price — there is nothing extra to pay when the parcel arrives.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Once the order ships you will get a tracking number and link by email.
How can I pay?
By card and the express payment methods shown at checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). We never store card details — payments are handled by a certified payment provider.
Do prices include VAT?
No VAT is charged — the seller is not registered for value added tax, so we do not issue VAT invoices. The price you see is final.
Can I return an order?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving the order to cancel it without giving a reason. Email info@thermarno.com and we will send the instructions. Full details in the Refund policy.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Send a photo and your order number to info@thermarno.com. We will replace the item or refund you — and you will not pay the return costs.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Send us your order number and billing details and we will email the invoice.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not shipped yet, yes. Email info@thermarno.com as soon as you can.
