Shipping

We ship to all European Union countries. Orders travel directly from our partners' warehouses to the address you provide.

Order processing

We process orders and hand them over for shipping within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery time

Delivery takes up to 14 business days from the moment your order is processed — both within Lithuania and elsewhere in the European Union.

This is an estimate and depends on the product, the season and courier workload. Delivery may take longer in the run-up to major holidays.

Shipping cost

Within Lithuania shipping costs €2.99, and is free on orders over €39. In other EU countries it is €4.99, and free over €59. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

Tracking your order

As soon as the parcel ships you will receive a tracking number and link by email. If you have heard nothing within 5 business days of ordering, write to us and we will check the status.

Taxes

Prices are shown in euros. No VAT is charged — the seller is not registered for value added tax, so we do not issue VAT invoices. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay us.

Wrong address or uncollected parcel

If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or it was not collected, get in touch — we will resend it once the repeat shipping cost is covered, or refund the price of the product.
